Agreement and contact
These terms apply to Social Media Reminder (SMR), operated by the SMR pilot operator. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Questions can be sent to socialmediareminder@gmail.com.
Invited pilot and accounts
SMR is an early-access service for invited adults. Keep your account secure, provide accurate information and give workspace access only to authorised people. You are responsible for actions you authorise through your account. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
The service
SMR helps plan social media routines, track progress, prepare brand content and manage reminders and approved publishing through supported connections. Pilot features can change or become unavailable. Cadence suggestions and AI concepts need your review. We do not guarantee reach, follower growth, sales or platform approval.
Your content and publishing approval
You retain ownership of content you provide. You permit SMR to store, process, adapt and transmit it as needed for features you request, including previews, reminders and approved publishing. You must hold the rights and permissions required for text, photographs, music, logos and other material you use.
Before approval, check the content, destination accounts, schedule, time zone, accuracy and media rights. Approving or scheduling a post authorises SMR to attempt delivery through the selected connection. Outages, expired permissions or service errors may delay or prevent delivery. Check delivery status and the destination account before retrying.
Acceptable use
Do not use SMR for unlawful content, infringement, impersonation, harassment, spam, deception or unauthorised access. Do not bypass access controls, misuse credentials or disrupt the service. Follow connected platform rules and obtain permissions needed from people represented in your content.
Third parties and AI
Social platforms, Google Drive, Pixabay, Telegram and AI providers have their own terms, policies and availability. You are responsible for applicable content licences and third-party charges you authorise. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable and must be reviewed. Generating a draft does not approve publication. Third-party access is not guaranteed to remain available.
Fees
Any SMR fee or paid plan must be disclosed and agreed before it applies. These terms alone do not authorise a charge. Your own API accounts, subscriptions, licences and third-party usage may carry separate charges.
Privacy and ending use
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and access or deletion requests. You can stop using SMR, pause routines and disconnect supported accounts. Routine deletion does not remove your authentication account or every brand record; contact us for full account or workspace deletion. Disconnecting does not remove posts already published elsewhere.
Availability and responsibility
The pilot is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for a particular purpose. Keep copies of important content. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or lost opportunities resulting from use of the pilot.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Suspension and updates
We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security concerns, breaches of these terms or provider requirements, and may end the pilot. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export content.
We may revise these terms as the service changes and communicate material changes through the app or registered contact details where appropriate. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the service. Applicable mandatory rights remain in effect. Please contact us about concerns so we can try to resolve them.
